Terms & Conditions
By agreeing to sponsor a PMAC event, the Sponsor agrees to the terms and conditions of sponsorship.
Cancellation Policy
Should the Sponsor need to terminate this Agreement prior to the Event, the Sponsor must provide written notice to PMAC of such termination. In the event of termination by the Sponsor prior to the Event, the Sponsor shall owe the following percentage of the Sponsorship Fee to PMAC:
- Greater than 120 days before the Event: no fee
- Between 120-90 days prior to the Event: 50%
- Between 90-30 days prior to the Event: 75%
- Less than 30 days prior to the Event: 100%
If payment has been made in full prior to termination by the Sponsor, the Sponsor is entitled to a refund of the Sponsorship Fee in accordance with the following:
- Greater than 120 days before the Event: full refund
- Between 120-90 days prior to the Event: 50%
- Between 90-30 days prior to the Event: 25%
- Less than 30 days prior to the Event: non-refundable
