The ability to recruit, interview, hire, and retain the best candidates is crucial for every organization's success. However, the process can be challenging, especially for new or busy managers, potentially leading to rushed hiring decisions and costly mistakes. Attracting top-performing candidates and managing unconscious bias will allow managers to spend more time maximizing employee performance rather than solving problems.
This webinar will provide essential hiring skills to improve candidate selection and retention, while also addressing the identification of hidden bias in workplace systems and strategies for dismantling them. Participants will learn specific strategies for applying behavioral insights and design thinking to increase Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment to screening, selection, promotion, advancement, and retention.
