Independent Review Inc. (“IR”) prides itself on being a turnkey service provider of governance and advisory services. It assists in the establishment and oversight of an Independent Review Committee (“IRC”) as well as provides related activities to ensure that companies operate within their mandates and the regulatory frameworks.
IR was founded in 2004 specifically to provide assistance to Investment Fund managers that needed to implement an IRC pursuant to National Instrument 81-107, Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds (“NI 81-107”).
Our service offering is applicable to investment funds and their managers, directors of companies and to charities and not for profits who seek peace of mind in knowing that their governance structures, policies and reporting are all in line with best practices and regulatory mandates.
