FIRM HISTORY

Greenrock Capital Partners Inc. is a private investment management firmbased in mid-town Toronto.Greenrock is owned and operated by its Partners and Advisors, who together also represent a significant portion of the total assets under management. In addition to our own capital, the firm manages money for a select group of experienced investors and high net worth individuals.

GREENROCK SEPARATELY MANAGED ACCOUNTS

Greenrock offers custom tailored Separately Managed Accounts (“SMA”) that are structured to meet the needs of each individual client. Greenrock SMAs are actively managed with a focus on performance and built on a foundation of large, high quality, blue-chip equities, with consideration for each individual’s tax planning, income requirements, and risk profile.

GREENROCK FOUNDERS FUND LP

The Greenrock Founders Fund (the “Fund”) seeks to achieve long term capital growth through individual securities selection by holding a concentrated portfolio of high conviction investment ideas. The Fund invests primarily in North American small and mid-cap public companies and Greenrock’s Partners and Advisors are the largest unitholders of the fund.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

At Greenrock, we believe in a common sense approach to investing. We prefer to invest our capital in proven business models, alongside well-aligned management teams. Our view on managing risk stems from a fundamental research process whereby we seek to gain a deep understanding of each individual investment. Valuation is our primary focus and underpins every one of our investment decisions. We rely on our own independent analysis with a focus on real asset values and free cash flow. Greenrock was built with the idea of maintaining a structural advantage over passive investment strategies by conducting in-depth fundamental research on specific companies and industries on which to base its investment decisions. We want to be nimble and flexible enough to pursue absolute returns across a wide range of securities, sectors, market caps and geographies. Our focus is on the preservation of capital and the prudent generation of investment returns.
