As our firm grew and markets cycled we recognized a growing need to diversify our clients beyond stocks and bonds. In 2014 we constructed a real estate portfolio that has since grown to 19 properties and $200 million in assets. This portfolio called RealStream Income Propeties is sold to suitable clients via an Offering Memorandum and is structured as an LP.
