About Us
Belco Private Capital is an investment fund manager, (IFM), portfolio manger (PM) and exempt market dealer (EMD) in Canada. We commenced operations in 2011 and represent a number of prominent Canadian and international investment funds, corporations, and syndicators, raising capital in the exempt securities market. Issuers working with Belco distribute a wide range of debt and equity securities across a variety of sectors.
