Since 1994, Howard, Barclay & Associates Ltd., has provided discretionary portfolio management services to its clients. Based in Oakville, the firm was founded by the late Charles Howard and Lorne Barclay. It is now led by its President, Stephen Sisokin who joined the firm in 1997. He has been assisted by Portfolio Manager, Steven Wippersteg, since 2004. Combined, they have over 50 years of industry experience.
