Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email. Your registration fee will be refunded refunded less a 3% administration fee if cancellation is received on or before May 2, 2024. No refund or credit will be provided after this date. There are no refunds for “no shows”. Substitutions from the same firm may be made in writing, at no additional fee. Where possible, please provide two (2) business days’ notice. Email notification to events@pmac.org.
