The 2019 Compensation Survey is now available for purchase. This survey, completed in partnership with Baynes & White, includes 36 key industry positions. Report highlights listed below:
- Responses were received from 110 firms for an overall response rate of 40.1%. An increase of 25.3% from 2018.
- 74.5% of companies (82) reported their primary client group as “Private” and 24.6% (27) reported “Institutional”.
- 59.1% (65) reported their AUM as “under $1 Billion” and the remaining 40.9% (45) reported their AUM as “$1 Billion & Over”.
- 36 jobs were surveyed – an increase of 2 from last year.
- 2,422 incumbents were matched to job descriptions.
